Tualatin

Tualatin is moderately sized suburb in Washington County and is located approximately 12 miles south of Downtown Portland. Like its neighboring suburb Tigard, Tualatin offers great schools, beautiful parks, tons of amenities and easy access to I-5 and 205 freeways. Tualatin is a terrific spot for an outdoor enthusiast, with over 200 acres of dedicated parks, including the Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge and Tualatin Hills Nature Park.

Located in the city center, Tualatin Commons is a 19 acre mixed-use site featuring office buildings, row houses, live/work units, restaurants and a three acre manmade lake surrounded by a wide public promenade. Numerous events during the summer months including Concerts in the Commons, Tualatin Crawdad Festival, Pumpkin Regatta and Tualatin Farmer’s market.
